I've got a mix of 4.x and 5.x servers, and was considering a crash
dump respository. This 'netdump' kernel module link, based on
limited research, seems to be a pretty clean effort:

  <http://www.cs.duke.edu/~anderson/freebsd/netdump/readme.html>;

but I'm surpised that it's not a port, nor part of the distribution.

Is anyone using this? Is there a better or more established way
of accomplishing the same thing, in light of an eventual migration
from 4.x to 5.x?

Thanks for any advice...
