PR can be closed. Reason for the failure: outdated lang/gcc. Reason for
outdated lang/gcc: BSD grep bug prevents some ports from being built,
including lang/gcc. Developer of BSD grep seems to be aware.
 Removing/commenting out line WITH_BSD_GREP in /etc/src.conf and
rebuilding/reinstalling world intriduces back GNU grep. Then, the
 reported failure isns't any more.
