You can check with pkg_info(1). You should have imake-4.5.0. The 
file /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config/X11.tmpl should include the following:

#ifndef DRMIncludesDir
#define DRMIncludesDir $(XF86OSSRC)/shared/drm/kernel
#endif

If it does not, you should (re)install devel/imake-4 port.
