Regardless of who did what please make a note that both the
gnats interface and cvsweb are not working (mod_perl?) and its
not going to fix itself.  Forget about any type of who did and
who did't until this is fixed, then if the matter is still worth
argueing to either of you, continue it...  Off list preferably.
