Hi! > > I would like to know when FreeBSD will start supporting the net-snmp > > 5.8 version. Any tentative release date? > > Strange. I assumed ports-announce@freebsd.org was a moderated list It is. As postmaster@, I daily check the mod-queue for posts, using a script written bei dhw@, and approve those that fit the criteria. This post unfortunatly was fat-fingered by me to be approved. Which makes it even more embrassing, as I was the one who tried and failed to update net-snmp, see: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=232025 Hope this makes this more transparent. -- pi@opsec.eu +49 171 3101372 Now what ?
