Nah, Sun doesn't distribute the source to the comm API, since
(as we can see in the FAQ) people have been able to provide
comm drivers without having access to the source. So they can't
request conformance to the SCSL, but if you want to distribute
the upper layer comm classes, the usual binary license applies.
