Am I being obtuse here?

saiya# mkdir -p /usr/local/www/cgi-bin.default/sqwebmail
mkdir: /usr/local/www/cgi-bin.default/sqwebmail: File exists

I thought the '-p' option would not return an error if the
directory already exists?

This is under 4.5-STABLE
