received the following from a picobsd tester here in malaysia. could 
anybody duplicate what colin has done here ? it failed with an out of 
swap error when i tried it on a 486 w/ 4MB.

i ran succesfully, picobsd with a 386 comes with 4mb ram.

yes, 4mb made a 14.4 connection to the net too.

so, the minimum requirements can be lowered.

and about the usd200 NC, any more info?
