As the originator of the port...I was simply going by
http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/porting.html :

www	Software related to the World Wide Web. HTML language support
belong here too.

whereas:

textproc	Text processing utilities....

I associate converting code to html more of a www exercise than text
processing.  But, I can understand the textproc angle and wouldn't
argue about moving it, especially for the sake of being consistent.
