Sorry. FTP site moved machines - someone forgot some files.

It's well out of date now anyway, having not worked actively on it for about
a year - usual story.

Bringing it into -CURRENT wouldn't be difficult - to be honest the hack is
blindingly simple, just increases the memory footprint of a table entry by
a few more gateway entries and two integers.

Interest was patchy before. If that's different, I have no problem picking it
up again.
