Previous to my commits emu10k1 relied on a GLV'ed > header. Now it relies on two. I don't see any difference from before. It seems to me that since there isn't any GPL'ed code involved but just a couple of headers presumably containing a hardware description and no actual code, then our driver isn't GPL contaminated. There is no code being linked to - just numbers in a header file as far as I can see.
