What I meant was that version 4.2.0 contains several corrections for bugs which existed in 4.1.0. I did notice that there are a couple of post-4.2.0 patches described at http://www.xfree86.org/4.2.0/ERRATA.html . Only the zlib one has security implications, and it should not have them for us, because XFree86 links to the system's zlib on FreeBSD.
