Without the proposed eventhandl= er vlan interfaces created on top of lagg will not modify if_boudrate when lag= g's speed will be updated (e.g. added new port, or one port removed). And thus = SNMP daemon reports incorrect interface speed in the IF-MIB::ifHighSpeed oid.
