THANKS!!!  The last file is /kernel.GENERIC, so I was missing a minor
peace of the kernel!  It's a miracle that it worked at all.  The kernel
that the installation extracted was size 1012224 while it should be
1108154.

Now my SIG11's are gone.  Thank you so much.
