    no, and it woudn't be needed either. this will do what you want:

MASTER_SITES=	ftp://ftp.4suite.org/pub/4Suite/ \
		${MASTER_SITE_SOURCEFORGE}
MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR=	foursuite
