Perhaps they didn't want to spent their money into something which
could fail. Personally I wan't an ISDN-Card, because I think my modem
is a little bit slow (getting GIMP with only 28.8 is a pain), and I
wan't it now, not in a month.

And it's more fun to blame someone else ;)

It would be a much greater motivation if someone sponsors such a card
(IMHO).
