I'm pretty sure it didn't when I was running 6-STABLE a short while ago, which is why I think it may be related to FreeBSD (and not MPlayer in itself). I'm not sure whether to file a bug report for MPlayer or not. After playback has ended I get this error: Assertion failed: (diff == regind * size), function arena_run_reg_dalloc, file /usr/src/lib/libc/stdlib/malloc.c, line 1714. MPlayer interrupted by signal 6 in module: uninit_vcodec - MPlayer crashed. This shouldn't happen. It can be a bug in the MPlayer code _or_ in your drivers _or_ in your gcc version. If you think it's MPlayer's fault, please read DOCS/HTML/en/bugreports.html and follow the instructions there. We can't and won't help unless you provide this information when reporting a possible bug. The version I'm using is mplayer-0.99.10_13. >How-To-Repeat: Fetch a flash video from YouTube (with clive for example). Play the video from the terminal with command 'mplayer video.flv'. After playback has ended it crashes. >Fix: >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted:
