I used http_get to get the tutorials from www.freebsd.org.

http_get http://www.freebsd.org/docs.html
http_get http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials/newuser/newuser.html
http_get http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials/mh/mh.html
http_get http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials/devel/devel.html
http_get http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials/ddwg/ddwg.html
http_get http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials/ppp/ppp.html
http_get http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials/multios/multios.html
http_get http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials/fonts/fonts.html
http_get http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials/diskformat/diskformat.html

And, put them into /usr/share/doc/tutorials

You can find http_get by searching the web. The source is available
from several sites.
