I am trying to make the port objprelink (actually kdebase-2.2.2_3, which
requires objprelink).

It fails consistently with the following error:
(I have prefixed each line with "#", so lines without "#" are wrapped by
my mailer)
----------------
# touch stmp-bfd-h
# /bin/sh ./libtool --mode=compile
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I. -D_GNU_SOURCE -I. -I. -I./../include
-I./../intl -I../intl -I/usr/local/include -W -Wall -I/usr/local/include
-c archive.c
#
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I. -D_GNU_SOURCE -I. -I. -I./../include -I./.
./intl -I../intl -I/usr/local/include -W -Wall -I/usr/local/include -c
archive.c -o archive.o

# gmake[1]: Leaving directory
`/usr/ports/devel/objprelink/work/objprelink/binutils/bfd'
# *** Error code 2

# Stop in /usr/ports/devel/objprelink.
-----------------

Does anyone know what the problem is?

I do have the complete log of "make install" for objprelink in case anyone
needs to see it, but I've included just the last few lines above for the
sake of brevity.

Thank you,
Patrick O'Reilly.
