Log:
  MFC r326356:

Replace a reference to a license in another file with the license text.

The relevant file was recently renamed, so the reference was stale.
In addition, explicit licenses are more typical in our sources.

Modified:
  stable/11/usr.bin/truss/syscall.h
Directory Properties:
  stable/11/ (props changed)

Modified: stable/11/usr.bin/truss/syscall.h
