Perhaps there should be a sorting index on the FreeBSD PR database to
gauge interest in PRs. This could be calculated by number of page
requests, or if you think it's more objective you can have viewers
specifically register their interest. 

This should provide a less bogus indication of how serious or otherwise
in-demand a particular problem is. Minor but long-standing beef will
also crawl its way up to the top, by which time it may be disgustingly
outdated and useless, but at least that helps clean up the database a
little.
