Yes.  After the release freeze (eg next week), I'll be happy to help
you by writing up something that should give you a hand at getting
started.

There are other tty drivers out there, but I'm not sure if they are
simpler or more complext than sio.

I personally do not like win modems, but if someone wants to support
them, then I'll help that person do that.
