Thank you for your suggestion, that's the best I've found so far. And
thanks also to Trevor for the port. :-)

I had looked at the other alternatives but for my resolution these are
to small. Before asking, I used a larger version of the misc-fixed
variety.

Perhaps I'll look into the other fonts ports, too.
