Patch to update from 0.13.4 to 0.13.5

I wanted to update the freebsd.org cluster machines from 0.12 to 0.13 and m=
ade
the leap to 0.13.5 at the same time. I'm appending the trivial patch to ma=
ke
this so. Aside from the version bump, a directory was renamed "debian" ->
"debtpl".

I don't see any obvious "must have" fixes from the release that we need, bu=
t I
felt better about having the glob memory issues patched, just in case.
