I have three FreeBSD 4.1-RELEASE machines here, and all have the same
problem. If a normal user (i.e. not root, not in wheel group) tries to

su-2.03$ passwd my_user_name

answers. Is this normal behavior?

Please cc replies to my email address.

Best Regards,

Tom Duffey
