Excuse me while I die laughing.

I don't suppose you've ever worked in a _real_ company (i.e., one with a
lot of $), where they actually have a substantial marketing dept. The
fact is, marketing depts around the world are !@#%!@#% morons who do
anything to boost their company's image, even if it hurts the tech dept.
And no, don't ask me for any references...

Yes, I imagine they're referring to things such as Solaris, Digital
UNIX, and BSD/OS. I honestly couldn't give a rat's behind about that..
