It should be possible to configure a Win95 box as both a Banyan and MS
network client. Then mount source (Banyan) and target (MS net - samba on
FreeBSD) volumes and copy with Explorer. You could also use FTP to the
target if you can find an FTP client that makes it easy to recursively
copy directories as well as files.

The easiest way to transfer mail is to have the users forward it to the
new environment themselves, assuming you have a Vines<->SMTP gateway. It
probably is possible to use VB with some of the released BanyanAPI
bindings to automate the forwarding (and do the SMTP bit as well if you
don't have a gateway).
