In the end, you may just have to have a computer which can access MSN chat using XP or maybe OSX (?). I don't forsee full support being available to the Unix crowd anytime in the future, since many MSN related items are based on ActiveX and MS- rightfully so-won't give up something that makes their OS 'more accessible' to some items, be they websites or other software related things such as installers, etc since that would be giving up part of their market share. Also, MS has been playing a cat and mouse game with the Wine people for quite some time locking the Wine folks out by restricting operating systems versions and software installations (DX9, IE, etc), which has-for the most part-worked in MS's favor, but you may be lucky and are able to access MSN chat on FreeBSD by some oversight by a dev somewhere ;). -Garrett
