 Hey,

This was discussed in private with keramida@, FreeBSD has no mtab(5)
because mtab is a SysV convention. How to deal with this cleanly:

 1. Create a manual page for functionality not present in FreeBSD
 2. Leave it with a reference which does not exist. But since the
amd(8) page is on a vendor branch, untouchable.

The current situation (2) is acceptable. This PR can be closed.

 Thanks!
