It's not hanging, the patch program is waiting for you to tell it
which file you want to apply the patch to.  Just hit ctrl-C, and it
should tell you which patch files were applied sucessfully, and which
patch file failed to apply.

Then send a follow email, and let us know which patch file failed.

You can also try to update your ports collections again, to see if
that problem was fixed.
