>Description:

While attempting to perform a portupgrade of graphics/graphviz. there is
a failure arising from the fact that -none- of the two alleged dist file
sources actually have the dist file available. Thus, the build fails
before it even starts:

Here is a log of what happens:

% portupgrade graphics/graphviz
--->  Upgrading 'graphviz-2.30.0' to 'graphviz-2.30.1' (graphics/graphviz)
--->  Building '/usr/ports/graphics/graphviz'
===>  Cleaning for graphviz-2.30.1
===> Found saved configuration for graphviz-2.30.1
=> graphviz-2.30.1.tar.gz doesn't seem to exist in /usr/ports/distfiles/.
=> Attempting to fetch http://www.graphviz.org/pub/graphviz/ARCHIVE/graphviz-2.30.1.tar.gz
fetch: http://www.graphviz.org/pub/graphviz/ARCHIVE/graphviz-2.30.1.tar.gz: Moved Temporarily
=> Attempting to fetch ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/distfiles/graphviz-2.30.1.tar.gz
fetch: ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/distfiles/graphviz-2.30.1.tar.gz: File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access)
=> Couldn't fetch it - please try to retrieve this
=> port manually into /usr/ports/distfiles/ and try again.

>How-To-Repeat:

portupgrade graphics/graphviz

>Fix:

Well, ya know, it would be Nice if the maintainer... whoever that is...
would make sure that a copy of the dist file _is_ present and _does_
exist (and is fetchable) at least on ftp.FreeBSD.org, so that even if
the "master" distribution site gets hosed... which appears to have
happened... then at least us poor users will still have some hope
of building the bloody thing.
