py-pillow-5.3.0.patch

Hello,

attached is the patch that updates graphics/py-pillow to 5.3.0 .=20

Changes by upstream:
- https://github.com/python-pillow/Pillow/blob/5.3.0/CHANGES.rst

Changes to the port:
- moved USES block above the OPTIONS block according to PHB and to pet port=
lint

QA:

- poudriere (11.2-, 12.0-RELEASE, 13.0-CURRENT@r341993 amd64 + i386) for ea=
ch
py27 + py36 flavor -> OK
- portlint -> OK


Results from make test (all archs):

- default options + Python 2.7 -> 1040 pass, 200 skipped
- all options + Python 2.7 -> 1113 pass, 127 skipped

- default options + Python 3.6 -> 1041 pass, 199 skipped
- all options + Python 3.6 -> 1114 pass, 126 skipped


Note:
Recently 5.4.0 has been released some days ago but that release is rather n=
ew
and still untested.
