If you are running 4.4-stable, enter /stand/sysinstall, select Configure,
select Options, rename your 4.4-stable to 4.4-RELEASE (case is
imoportant, I think)  Connect to ftp.freebsd.org (in packages), select the
cvsup package, install it and merrily update your code.
