In news/newsflash.sgml, just follow the examples in there for links,
basically HTML, if you haven't worked it out already.

Something like:

You should also create a link from security/security.sgml to the
ftp site, as with the previous advisories contained in there.

Sorry if you've already done this, I haven't had time to check yet.
