The semiconductor branch of Siemens is now splitted as Infineon. And yes
those RAMs are very good (in a recent test in cīt it was the only brand
which absolutely no faults, even in the SPD-EEPROM; in the race there was
also Micron, but for some unknown reason Kingston wasnīt.)
