Synopsis: Several manpages still mentions hosts.deny

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: unfurl
State-Changed-When: Mon Feb 14 22:51:13 PST 2000
State-Changed-Why:
Even though this man page mentions hosts.deny and we don't make use of it,
that functionality is still there. That in combination with tcp_wrappers
being in contrib, lead me to close this PR.
