Well, which ports should install in /usr/X11R6?  bsd.port.mk says "set
this if your port uses X11", which not all ports that use X11 do (e.g.
tk).  I'm porting and/or updating the MBone tools, which aren't
*primarily* X applications, although they of course use X (well, tk) as
their user interface.  According to bsd.port.mk, I should set USE_X11
to yes, but I'm not sure that I feel that sdr, vat, vic, nte, wb, rtpmon,
and mbone_vcr belong in /usr/X11R6.
