A pop3 server will insert X-UIDL. X-PMFLAGS ???

AFAIK, Pegasus is the only legitimate mail client that puts this
~Authenticated sender' crap in.  If that is in the header and "X-Mailer:
Pegasus Mail for <insert your favorite M$ would be OS here>" is not, it is
spam.
