It is impossible if all tuned properly, all programs fetch semigraphics
from termcap entry. Usually it means that you use wrong TERM value, not
8859-2 one (I don't remember if Latin2 termcap entry actually exist, but
Latin1 exist for shure). If Latin2 termcap entry not exist, it should be
added.
