He is broadly right - but note that the licence that OSI approved didn't
have (7) yet, as the licence the released under didn't have it yet - lok
at the licence diff at :

	http://plan9.bell-labs.com/hidden/osi-diff.html

so they are basicly lying about the licence being OSI approved
