With people I mentor that's definitely the case (and I'd certainly =
encourage mentors to utilize that paradigm to avoid prolonged =
breakages), but that's too presumptuous to be a broad rule-of-thumb. At =
the end of the day, only the agreement between Luca and his mentors =
prescribes his actions here.
