All else being equal (correct patch, QA confirmation):

- MAINTAINER approval, if required (port is unmaintained, implicit approval)
- If non-ports committer, ports commit(er) approval (almost exclusively
contingent on review/QA confirmation)

In this case additionally, obsolete the patch attachment (as there's a revi=
ew)
so as not to confuse or raise questions on which one is authoritative/latest
