i searched everywhere for SO 5.2 and FBSD 3.5.1,
but couldn't find anything.  seems like people
said "get FBSD 4.1" or whatever ...  or "use SO 5.1a".

well - if this saves some people with FBSD 3.5.1
from struggling with SO 5.2, so be it - if not,
so be it :)  but i wish i woulda had something
like this so i didn't have to waste a whole day :)
