sced has been updated.  I made minimal changes (changed the distname
and recomputed the checksum) and the port compiles and installs
successfully.  The port owner is ports@freebsd.org, so this seemed the
easiest way to suggest an update.  A diff if my minimal changes is
attached.

Feel free to take a closer look and see if I missed something.
