I have an .sgml and its companion .dtd file. Having installed most
everything from /usr/ports which mentions sgml I have still not figured
out how to generate a pretty postscript or plain text file. Its not
"linuxdoc" sgml.

Could somebody get me pointed in the right direction?

Q: How many bureaucrats does it take to screw in a light bulb?
A: Two. One to assure everyone that everything possible is being
done while the other screws the bulb into the water faucet.
