Talk to us about your termination and cooling arrangements, cable lengths,
cable and connector types, grounding and power supply arrangement.

If you can get one, wave a portable thermometer around and talk to us about 
air on and off temperatures as well.

I'd say it's most likely to be a hardware problem, so I wouldn't think 
that SCO will do anything for you other than waste more time.
