Actually, probably we should generate some seperate but similar text for
the index page: I plan to use that space as a place to occasionally
editorialize, or draw attention to on-going work/issues.  For example, in
the up-coming issue, I'm going to be appealing for BSDCon submissions, and
pointing people at BSDCon Europe.
