PACKAGESITE=ftp://ftp2.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-current/\
Latest/ pkg_add -r

or something close, if you're not using -current, or i386.  I do have to
say that I figured out the option from the manpage, and the syntax with
strings(1).  strings(1) output is not very good documentation.
