Hi,

I have a NIC which is a D-LINK DFE-650 plugged into a PCMCIA port.
When this card loses the signal (wire unplugged for example) the laptop
hangs until I remove the card (if I wait too long, the laptop hangs forever=
).
This only happens when I've configured the interface (with dhclient for exa=
mple)
but if the card was just probbed, removing the wire doesn't hang the system.

I tried to drop into Kernel Debugger using CTRL+ALT+ESCAP when the laptop h=
angs
but the core I obtain is only about functions called to drop into the debbu=
ger. :/

Anyone knows where I can dig or has the same problem ? (and why not a fix :=
p)
