I have to agree with Philip,
The windows users here in my office love AbsoluteFTP. It has a simple
drag and drop windows and handles multiple accounts in an easy top use
manager. The few times I used it myself were easy enough. Seems to
handle connections very well and it is able to go in to passive,
something I think I remember about native ftp on windows boxes not being
able to do.
